Dry Cured Bacon
Our dry cured bacon is made using traditional methods to create a deeper, richer flavour than ordinary bacon. Each cut is carefully prepared and cured to allow the natural pork flavour to develop before being slowly smoked using our blend of natural woods.
Unlike mass-produced bacon, our bacon is crafted in small batches and given time to rest during the curing process. This helps develop the firm texture and full-bodied flavour that dry cured bacon is known for.
We never use liquid smoke — every product is naturally smoked using real wood to produce authentic flavour in every slice.
