Traditional Smoked Hams

Our traditional smoked hams are made from quality pork legs and carefully prepared to develop a rich, savoury flavour. Each ham is hand-injected with our own curing brine to ensure consistent seasoning and tenderness before being slowly smoked using our blend of natural woods.

After curing, our hams are rested and gently smoked to allow the flavours to fully develop and create the distinctive Smokey Mountain taste.

We never use liquid smoke — all of our products are naturally smoked using real wood for authentic flavour.
