A one-off special that’s too good to waste!

These handcrafted patties were created when a production mix-up resulted in more smoky bacon being added than our original Aussie-style Cabana recipe called for. Rather than let them go to waste, we handed samples to our taste testers—and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

The result is a rich, savoury patty with plenty of smoky bacon flavour. A couple of testers found them slightly saltier than our usual products, but all agreed they were delicious and packed with flavour.
