- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 165°C (325°F).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and cloves in a bowl.
