Cooking Instructions

Our Mild Honey Chorizo comes ready to cook. For best results, cook from chilled or fully thawed.

Pan Fry:

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  • Add a little oil (optional) and cook sausages for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Grill/BBQ:

  • Preheat grill or BBQ to medium heat.

  • Place sausages on the grill and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning regularly, until nicely charred and cooked through.

Oven Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).

  • Place sausages on a baking tray and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway.

Always ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C and juices run clear.


Serving Suggestions

Tapas Board Favourite:
Slice and pan-fry until slightly crispy. Serve with manchego cheese, olives, grilled peppers, and crusty bread.

Chorizo & Eggs:
Pair with soft scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, and sourdough toast for a Spanish-inspired breakfast.
