We wanted to offer a genuinely lean beef mince without compromising on flavour or eating quality. Rather than using very lean working cuts such as topside, we chose striploin for its combination of naturally lean meat, tenderness and rich beef flavour.
The striploin is freshly minced at Smokey Mountain Foods, giving you a clean, premium-quality mince with approximately 10% fat – lean enough for healthy everyday cooking while retaining enough natural fat for flavour and juiciness.
