🍳 Cooking Instructions (Raw Product Fully Defrosted)

Air Fryer (Quick & Crispy):

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200 °C.

  2. Place pork belly bites in a single layer.

  3. Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden, crispy, and fully cooked (75 °C internal).

Oven Roast (For Sharing):

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C.

  2. Place bites on a lined tray, skin side up.

  3. Roast for 35–40 minutes until crisp and cooked through.

Pan Fry (Fast & Flavourful):

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high.

  2. Cook pork belly bites for 12–15 minutes, turning often.

  3. Drain excess fat, then crisp skin until golden.
