Cooking Instructions
From Thawed
Air Fryer (Recommended)
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C.
- Place sausage rolls in the basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- Cook until the pastry is golden brown and crisp and the filling is thoroughly heated.
- Allow to rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place sausage rolls on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
From Frozen
Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C.
- Place frozen sausage rolls in the basket, leaving space between each roll.
- Cook for 16–18 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- Cook until golden brown and thoroughly heated throughout.
- Allow to rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Place frozen sausage rolls on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
Tip: For an extra golden finish, lightly brush the pastry with beaten egg before baking.
Cooking times may vary between appliances. Ensure the centre of the sausage roll is fully cooked before consumption.
